Quick guide

What PPR changes

The format changes how much a catch is worth. It does not change the player’s real stat line.

00 / STANDARD

Catches add no points

Receptions score 0 points. Receiving yards and touchdowns still count using your league’s settings.

01 / HALF-PPR

Half a point per catch

Each reception adds 0.5 points, so 6 catches add 3 points from receptions alone.

02 / PPR

One point per catch

Each reception adds 1 point, so 6 catches add 6 points from receptions alone.

The starting values are an example scoring baseline, not universal league rules. Use “Customize scoring values” to match your league. Platform-specific bonuses not listed here are not included.

Common questions

Know what the total means

The calculator applies the scoring values shown to the stats you provide.

How does the calculator get the total?

It multiplies each stat by its point value and adds the results. For example, 250 passing yards at 0.04 points per yard contributes 10 points.

Are these scoring settings universal?

No. Leagues can change yardage, touchdowns, turnovers, kicker, defense, and bonus scoring. Check your league’s settings and edit the values here to match.

Does this tell me who to start?

No. It calculates points from stats you enter. It does not use player projections, injury news, matchups, or predict what a player will score next.

Which positions are supported?

Quarterback, running back, wide receiver, tight end, kicker, and defense / special teams, using the stat categories shown for each position.
